Ken Pigaga was appointed Global Chief Operating Officer in November 2013. He joined ICAP in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer for ICAP Americas and led the programme on the use of technology to implement efficiency and control. He also led a multi-disciplined team responsible for the development of ICAP’s SEF. Prior to this, Ken was a managing director at JPMorgan in the Investment Bank focused on e-commerce activities. From 1991 to 2001 he was at Goldman Sachs where he held several roles in emerging markets trading, portfolio structuring and e-commerce. Ken chairs the Global Operating Committee and is a member of the Group Finance Committee.
